Legal, Privacy & IP

This page is maintained by the FutureProof4IR team to answer common questions about safety, intellectual property, and how the program is operated. Last updated: June 23, 2026.

1. Terms of Use

By creating an account or using this site, you agree to use FutureProof4IR for lawful, personal, or educational purposes only. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy below, without prior notice.

The program is offered “as is” without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on the curriculum.

2. Acceptable Use — no scammers, spammers, or bots

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, scrapers, headless browsers, or bots to access the site, sign up, or harvest content.
  • Create fake, duplicate, or impersonation accounts.
  • Send spam, unsolicited promotions, phishing, MLM, recruiting, or affiliate-link spam to other members.
  • Run scams, fraud, fake job offers, fake investment offers, or pay-to-play schemes.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, role checks, or the honeypot/anti-bot protections.
  • Upload malware, attempt SQL injection, XSS, or any unauthorized access.

Violations result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement or hosting providers.

3. Intellectual Property

All curriculum, lesson copy, brand marks (“FutureProof4IR”, “VettShipStudio”), graphics, and code on this site are © 2026 FutureProof4IR. All rights reserved.

  • You may read, share links, and discuss the material with attribution.
  • You may not copy, republish, resell, train AI models on, or redistribute the curriculum or branded materials without written permission.
  • Work you produce inside the program (your projects, writing, businesses) remains yours. We claim no ownership over your output.
  • Showcase entries are published with your consent and may be removed on request.

To request a license, a takedown, or to report infringement, see Reporting Abuse below.

4. Privacy

We collect the minimum needed to operate: your email, optional display name, and curriculum progress. Authentication is handled by our backend provider with encryption in transit and at rest.

  • We do not sell or rent your data.
  • We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
  • You can request export or deletion of your account at any time via the contact below.

5. Account Security

Protections active on this site:

  • Email verification required on new accounts (no auto-confirm).
  • Anonymous sign-ins are disabled.
  • Passwords are checked against the Have I Been Pwned breach database and rejected if compromised.
  • Minimum 8 characters with letters and numbers.
  • Honeypot field and server-side validation on all sign-up forms.
  • Role-based access control with row-level security on all user data.
  • Google sign-in available as a stronger alternative to passwords.

Use a unique password. Do not share your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Reporting Abuse, IP, or Security Issues

To report spam, scams, impersonation, copyright infringement, or a security vulnerability, contact the project via the Community page. Please include URLs, timestamps, and screenshots where possible. We aim to acknowledge reports within 5 business days.
